Project Overview

i, Michael Chandler, own or control development on 7 prime acres, 31055 Old Washington Waller 77484 on the NW side of Houston Texas. http://www.hcad.org/iMaps/Tiles/Color/4069D6.pdf This project is a model location which will fuel this non profit 1- acre effort...
This functioning model self contained development when established will empower the community. Every KMS location will house two 501c3 or assistance organizations with no retail rental fees.
Our projects are directed by the location of the most members in the KMS system.
Projected is a HWI manufacturing facility also, which assembles products for http://www.dbkengineering.com/ hydro/solar. I am a dealer for DBK. This manufacturing facility will also create HWI prefab green development components to be shipped to projects and customers globally
HWI Green Energy Station, another project on this land, a 10 megawatt hydro/solar electric system that both supply's the development and feeds the grid.
When built the front office section will house KMS headquarters and another local member assistance effort, a community meeting arena, computer server system and HWI communications.
